Lirah Balsamic Chimichurri Dressing
Bring some colour to the table! Originating in Argentina this delicious, bright green, dressing is the most delicious accompaniment to barbecued meats such as chicken or beef. It also works with seafood like fish or prawns.
Ingredients
• 3 tablespoons fresh oregano, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 3 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons Lirah Australian Aged Balsamic
• 5 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Chilli powder or fresh green chilli, to taste (optional)
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well to combine.
2. Serve immediately over grilled chicken, steak or seafood.
