Lirah Balsamic Roast Potatoes

Everyone loves a side of crunchy roast potatoes and these will be no exception with the added twist of Lirah Gourmet Aged Balsamic!




  • 5kg kipfler potatoes (or other preferred roasting potato)
  • 1 bulb garlic, cloves separated but unpeeled
  • 10 eschalots, halved
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Lirah Gourmet Aged Balsamic
  • 5 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper




  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  2. Toss the potatoes, garlic and eschalots in a bowl with the oil and Lirah Gourmet Aged Balsamic. Arrange in a single layer on a baking tray then season well with salt & pepper and scatter with rosemary.
  3. Cook for 50-60 minutes until crisp and golden, turning a couple of times during cooking.
  4. Serve warm as a side to your favourite main dish (if they make it to the table!).
