Hi, I just want to share a wonderful product. I came across Lirah Caramelised Honey Balsamic Vinegar which I came across in an outlet somewhere in Perth, WA. When it was finished, I tried looking for it and could not find it in the big supermarket. I decided to order online and to save on freight. I ordered 6bottles. I shared this with friends, and everyone loved it. i ordered more again and will continue to do so. It goes so well with my salads and is also can be served with dukkah, crusty bread and olive. I first purchased a selection of Lirah balsamic vinegars at an outlet on the Scenic Rim. I live in regional Qld but I liked them so much I have continued to purchase them on-line direct from Lirah both for myself and as gifts. My favourites are Apple and Garlic. In my last purchase I included a bottle of Lirah Vincotta and will certainly make this a regular purchase. It is delicious on strawberries and ice cream and adds a rich depth of flavour to tomato based pasta sauces. The service is prompt and I have never had a breakage in transit.

I love Lirah products, especially as they are an Australian vinegar manufacturer and have a great range of different vinegars. The people at Lirah like to make interesting flavours and I enjoy cooking with them, adding to salads and using in oil for a dip. I especially like & buy their white wine vinegar as no one else in Australia produce it. I use this in when making sauce pickles etc as it has a smooth flavour & unlike other vinegars is not as astringent probably as it is made with grapes & not acid!! ❤️

I have been using Lirah vinegars for about 10 years after first finding them at the Noosa Farmers Markets. Lirah Caramelized Classic is my all time favourite due to its savoury and sweet versatility. I have also tried and enjoyed other caramelized flavours and white balsamic. I have introduced other foodies in my family to Lirah products and they are also fans. I have even sent a selection of Lirah vinegar interstate, as a birthday gift. Lirah products are of excellent quality and are made right here in Queensland.

All products tried are delicious. Even bought some vinegars for my food loving brother and agrees. Will be due to restock shortly so either it’s a road trip or order online again. Order came so quick last time and added a new flavour to the list. Used weekly in our house from salads to stir fry’s. Caramelised Honey goes well with poached eggs on toast.
