A fresh vinaigrette that is delicious served over a fruity apple and kale salad.
Lirah Australian Aged Balsamic, Honey & Orange Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup Lirah Australian Aged Balsamic
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 2/3 cup olive oil
Place all ingredients, except olive oil, in a blender and process until combined. Gradually add olive oil and continue to process for 2 minutes until thick.
