A delicious, thick marinade that is delicious with your BBQ meats including steak, chicken or pork.
Lirah Spiced Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 5 tablespoons Lirah Caramelised Classic Balsamic
- ½ teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ¼ teaspoon cumin, ground
- ¼ teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Whisk the Lirah Caramelised Classic Balsamic and Dijon mustard together
- Whisk in the shallot, garlic, cumin and chilli flakes
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking constantly until fully incorporated
- Whisk a further 2 minutes
- Season, to taste, with salt and pepper
- Allow to sit 10 minutes to allow flavours to develop.
