Oysters with Grand Reserve Chardonnay Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Grand Reserve Chardonnay Vinegar
  • Salt flakes and freshly ground white pepper to taste
  • 2 shallots, very finely diced
  • 12 freshly shucked oysters
  • Rock salt, for serving

 

Method 

  1. Whisk together oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and stir in shallot.
  2. Top oysters with shallot mixture and serve on a bed of rock salt
