Ingredients: Australian-made apple balsamic vinegar (apple cider vinegar, concentrated apple juice, sugar), sugar, caramelised sugar.

Vincotto 250mL

Ingredients: Concentrated grape juice, red wine vinegar, preservative (220 or 224).

Caramelised Apple Balsamic: Glaze pork chops or roasted duck, or drizzle over an apple and walnut salad with a touch of goat’s cheese. 

Vincotto: Drizzle over fresh berries or poached pears, or use as a finishing sauce for a slow-cooked lamb shoulder or risotto.
