It takes 2.5kg of grapes to make this 1L classic balsamic vinegar (caramelised). Made with Australian vinegar and concentrated grape juice and sugars which are then slowly reduced to create a fruit driven balsamic concentrate that will give dishes a lift.
Available in a 1L ready-to-use Kitchen Friendly squeeze bottle.
Use as a garnish on the plate, in a marinade to add sweetness or on its own for maximum impact.
