I really enjoy cooking and experimenting with flavors, so trying out the Fig Balsamic was a treat. It’s sweet, sticky, and has a hint of vanilla that makes it special. I liked using it on desserts like cheesecakes and also for making meats taste even better when roasted.

Try a salad with Watermelon, Prosciutto, Basil, Walnuts, Fried Shallots, Pine nuts and Caramelized Fig Balsamic.
I have advanced on this recipe to include fresh white peaches as well.
