Australian made red wine (Cabernet) vinegar, concentrated grape juice
Serving Suggestions
For the perfect vinaigrette, mix one part Grand Reserve Cabernet Vinegar with two parts extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and leave to steep with a crushed garlic clove if desired. Perfect for vinaigrettes or splashing over stronger flavoured meats such as beef, lamb or venison.
