Vincotto is made by the slow reduction of non-fermented red grape juice. A little red wine vinegar is added to lift the aroma and balance the sweetness providing a fruity flavour. Perfect on all roast meats, desserts, as a garnish or dressings. Best on game and dark meats. Add to tomato dishes for extra depth of flavour.
