Lirah (Australian Vinegar) may use any of a number of different couriers to ship your order, depending on the size of your order, and the location to which your order is to be shipped.
The following policy generally covers all shipping methods.
Generally speaking, your order can be delivered to PO Boxes, however depending on your location and the size of your order, we may require that your order be shipped to a physical location. In the event you have specified a PO Box but we cannot deliver to this address, we will contact you prior to shipping to make other arrangements.
All orders shipped in Australia are fully trackable. Upon shipping your order, you will be provided with a tracking code.
Your order will be shipped within the next business day of your payment clearing and stocking availability being confirmed.
Due to a number of circumstances outside of our control, we cannot guarantee a timeframe for delivery. That said, however, please expect a delivery timeframe of 3 – 5 business days from the date your order was shipped.
We currently do not provide for overseas orders through our online store. Should you reside overseas and want to purchase our products, please Contact Us and we can arrange for a quote including international shipping.
Free delivery is available on retail orders over $50.00 including GST, for deliveries within Australia.
Goods Damaged in Transit
Should your order be damaged in transit, please Contact Us immediately to discuss what happens next. We request that you please take photos of the damaged goods, and retain the damaged goods until the claim process is completed.
Refunds & Returns
Only products purchased through our online store can be returned to Lirah (Australian Vinegar). If you have purchased an item from one of our resellers, and you require a refund or return, please contact the store from which you purchased the item.
