With a vibrant and well-rounded blend of flavours providing a perfectly balanced bite and punch, this easy to make vinaigrette stands as a versatile all-rounder in any kitchen. 

Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons Lirah Caramelised Classic Balsamic
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin, ground
  • ¼ teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Whisk the Lirah Caramelised Classic Balsamic and Dijon mustard together
  2. Whisk in the shallot, garlic, cumin and chilli flakes
  3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking constantly until fully incorporated
  4. Whisk a further 2 minutes
  5. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper
  6. Allow to sit 10 minutes to allow flavours to develop.
