Ingredients:
5 tablespoons Lirah Caramelised Classic Balsamic
½ teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 shallot, minced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
¼ teaspoon cumin, ground
¼ teaspoon chilli flakes
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
Whisk the Lirah Caramelised Classic Balsamic and Dijon mustard together
Whisk in the shallot, garlic, cumin and chilli flakes
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking constantly until fully incorporated
Whisk a further 2 minutes
Season, to taste, with salt and pepper
Allow to sit 10 minutes to allow flavours to develop.
